Terms of Service

Last updated: 30 October 2026

1. Who we are

Blow and Puff is a UK-only adult services marketplace for people aged 18 and over.

2. Accounts

One account per person. Vendors and performers must pass photo ID and a live face scan.

3. Payments

Traceable debit or credit cards only. A platform fee applies to online sales. Item payments are held for 30 days.

4. Rules

No under-18s, no non-consensual content, no trafficking or exploitation. No contact details in messages or reviews.

4.5 Location

VPNs and proxies are blocked so we can confirm you’re in the UK.

5. Digital content

Content is licensed for personal viewing only. One stream per account at a time.

6. Safety monitoring and recording of live streams

To keep people safe, our moderators and authorised platform staff may watch any live stream on Blow and Puff, and every live stream is recorded in standard definition. This includes free public streams, ticketed streams and private one-to-one sessions. We do this for safety, safeguarding, preventing and reporting illegal content and meeting our duties under the Online Safety Act 2023.

6.1 How moderator viewing works

Moderators may watch without being shown to you. They are not counted in the public watching number and do not appear as a viewer. Each time a moderator opens a stream, we keep an internal record (who, which stream and when) so that monitoring can itself be checked. Moderators do not pay for access, and their viewing does not affect your earnings or tickets.

6.2 Recording and retention

Every live stream, including private one-to-one sessions, is recorded in standard definition (SD) as still images taken from the vendor’s camera every few seconds while the stream is live. Recordings are kept for 14 days after the stream ends and then deleted automatically, unless authorised staff save (hold) a recording as possible evidence of illegal content, harm or a safety risk. Held recordings are kept until they are no longer needed. Only authorised platform staff can access recordings; vendors and clients cannot view or download them. We may give recordings to the police or other authorities when the law requires it or when we believe it is necessary to prevent or report a crime or protect someone. See the Privacy Policy.

6.3 Your agreement

By going live as a vendor or performer, or by watching, buying a ticket for or booking a private session as a client, you agree that the stream may be watched by moderators and recorded as described in this section. If you do not agree, please do not use live streams.

7. Review of digital content

Moderators may view any photos, videos, vault items and paid downloads you upload or sell, without buying them, to check they follow these Terms and the law. We may also review content when it is reported. Moderator viewing is not shown to the vendor as a sale or a view.

8. Vendor terms

If you become a vendor or performer, these Terms are your vendor terms. In particular you agree to the photo ID and face checks in section 2, the rules in section 4, safety monitoring and standard-definition recording of your live streams (including private sessions) in section 6, and moderator review of your digital content in section 7.

9. Service availability – not guaranteed

Blow and Puff is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We try to keep it running on a best-efforts basis only. The service is not guaranteed: we do not promise or warrant that the site, live streams, messaging, bookings, adverts, payments or any other feature will be available, uninterrupted, on time, fast, secure or free from errors, or that any fault will be fixed by any particular time. The service may be slowed, interrupted or unavailable at any time and without notice because of planned or emergency maintenance, updates, hosting, network, power or internet failures, failures of third-party services we rely on (such as payment, age and ID checking, video, email and domain providers), security incidents, or anything else. We may change, suspend or withdraw any feature at any time. Where we can, we will try to give notice of planned work, but we are not obliged to.

9.1 Prelaunch and early hosting

While Blow and Puff is in prelaunch or early operation it may be run on smaller-scale infrastructure, including servers hosted at home or on network-attached storage, before moving to dedicated hosting. This may be less stable than dedicated hosting and may cause more frequent or longer interruptions, slower performance, or a move of the service to new hosting with planned downtime. By using the service during this period you accept this risk.

9.2 Your data and content

Keep your own copies of any content you upload or sell. We do not guarantee that content, messages, bookings or other data will be kept, backed up or recoverable, or that they will never be lost, damaged or delayed.

10. Our liability to you

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales (or Scotland or Northern Ireland, where it applies). If you use Blow and Puff as a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other consumer law that cannot be excluded or restricted; you can get advice from Citizens Advice. Apart from that, the rest of this section 10 applies to the fullest extent the law allows.

10.1 No liability for service disruption

Because the service is not guaranteed, we have no liability to you (our liability is zero, £0) for any loss, damage, cost or expense arising from or connected with the service, or any part of it, being unavailable, interrupted, delayed, slow, insecure or not working properly, or from maintenance, hosting changes, data loss, or the failure of any third-party provider, whatever the cause, including our negligence. This includes, without limit: loss of profits, income, earnings or tips; loss of sales, bookings, tickets, subscribers or business opportunities; loss of goodwill or reputation; wasted expenditure, including advertising spend; loss or corruption of data or content; and any indirect or consequential loss.

10.2 No capped amount and no service-level credits

There is no minimum or capped amount we will pay for service disruption: section 10.1 excludes liability for it entirely rather than limiting it to a sum. Vendors and performers use Blow and Puff for business and agree that they have no claim against us for any loss caused by service disruption, and that this is reasonable given that the service is provided without guarantee. Money we hold on your behalf that is due to be paid out to you under these Terms remains yours and is not affected by this section.

10.3 Goodwill gestures for disrupted paid features

If a paid feature (such as an advert, a ticketed or private live stream, a stream booking or a subscription) is disrupted, we may, entirely at our discretion and as a goodwill gesture only, offer something such as an extension of the advert or subscription period, a re-scheduled session, account credit or a refund. We are not obliged to do so, doing so once does not oblige us to do so again, and any such gesture is not an admission of liability. Consumers keep any statutory remedies they are entitled to under section 10 that cannot be excluded.

11. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including failures of power, internet, hosting or telecoms providers, cyber-attacks, actions of payment or verification providers, changes in law, or acts of government.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms, for example to reflect changes in the law, our services or how we host them. We will show the date of the latest version on this page and, where a change materially affects you, tell you by email or on the site before it takes effect. If you do not agree to a change you may stop using the service and close your account.

13. Prelaunch early-vendor offer

Vendors who complete early registration on the Blow and Puff home page before 00:00 UK time on 1 December 2026 will have the fees Blow and Puff charges them reduced by 20% (meaning 20% off the normal fee, not 20 percentage points) on: advertising; live streaming (including tickets, private sessions, stream bookings, go-private requests and tips); and online sales (including digital content, subscriptions and physical items). The reduction applies from registration until 12 months after the date Blow and Puff launches properly, which we will announce on the site. It is linked to the email address used to register, is limited to one per vendor, cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, and applies to the normal fees in force from time to time. You still need to pass the photo-ID and face checks and follow these Terms; if your account is suspended, closed or banned for breaking these Terms, the offer ends. The offer does not change any other part of these Terms, including sections 9 and 10.
